Refund policy

Prints: each piece is produced individually, to order. For that reason all sales are final. If your work arrives damaged, contact us within seven days with photographs of the packaging and the piece. We will repair or replace it.

Books: signed limited-edition books are final sale, except when a book arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the book, and we will resolve it.

Pre-orders: a pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund until it ships. If your order includes a pre-ordered book and other items, everything ships together once the book is ready.
