Terms of service

Who we are. This store is operated by Mital Patel Photography. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: studio@mitalpatelphotography.com

Editions and artwork. Artworks and books are offered as limited or signed editions. Descriptions of editions, sizes, materials and availability are provided in good faith and may be refined over time. Each edition is limited; once an edition is sold out it is not reprinted. Edition numbers are assigned at fulfillment.

Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payment for the artwork or book is taken at checkout. Freight for prints is quoted separately and invoiced after your order; production begins once freight is paid. Shipping for books is calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer. Sales tax is charged where required, based on the delivery address or, for pickup, the pickup location. Online checkout currently serves the United States.

Pre-orders. Books ordered before they ship are pre-orders. The expected ship date is shown on the product page and is a current plan that may change; we will tell you if it does. A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund until it ships. If your order includes a pre-ordered book and other items, everything ships together once the book is ready.

Production, delivery and risk. Prints are made to order, with production time stated on the product page. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Claims for damage must be made within seven days of delivery, as set out in our refund policy.

Copyright. All photographs, text and images are the property of the artist. Buying a print or book transfers the physical item only, not the copyright. You may not reproduce, publish or distribute the images without written permission.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
